The Brandeis University Computer Science Department has an opening for a postdoctoral fellow to join the NSF GlycoMIP research team. This position is responsible for developing machine learning techniques for structure analysis of glycomaterials using MS/MS and NMR, and should work closely with other team members of GlycoMIP.
The GlycoMIP team at the University of Georgia is looking for a fully dedicated technician to work on this project for up to 5 years. Scientific activities will include the application of biolayer interferometry (BLI) in 96- and 384-well formats to generate kinetic binding data, data analysis, as well as sample purification.
The GlycoMIP team seeks a research faculty member (Post-Doctoral) to manage the Material’s User Facility at Virginia Tech. The Technical Manager will work with scientists and other GlycoMIP staff to conceive and execute carbohydrate-related research projects, and manage day-to-day User Facility operations.
Virginia Tech’s Glycomaterials Science and Technology Team seeks a postdoctoral scientist to conduct research in the area of glycomaterials rheology, including operation of a new Anton Paar MCR 302 rheometer; part of the new GlycoMIP Materials User Facility.
